The real options are relining the affected section, replacing it, or accepting a maintenance cycle and you can only choose sensibly once you’ve seen the pipe. We jet the line and camera it so you’re deciding on evidence.
The thing that catches people out is what’s behind the wall. Original pipework, undersized supply lines and waste runs laid to old standards frequently need upgrading once they’re exposed, and it’s far cheaper to do it while the wall is open than to revisit it later.
