Do the meter test first: turn everything off, photograph the meter including the red dials, wait an hour using no water at all, then read it again. If it’s moved, there’s a leak on your side. On sandy, high-water-table ground like Coombabah’s, leaks often show no wet patch at all, so the meter is more reliable than your eyes.
