We will inspect it, tell you which category it falls into, and put that in writing so you have something to take to your builder. If you would rather we simply fixed it, we can, but you should know which one you are paying for.

In new builds the culprits are construction silt left in the lines, tap and shower aerators clogged with that same grit, pressure-limiting valves set low at handover, and occasionally undersized pipework to an upstairs bathroom.
