Kingsholme is the quiet acreage pocket sitting just behind the Gold Coast’s busiest growth corridor, and it could hardly be more different from it. Blocks are large and often elevated, plenty of properties run on tanks, pumps and on-site wastewater rather than reticulated services, and service runs are long enough that a leak can stay hidden for months until a bill or a stubbornly green patch of paddock gives it away.
Elevation and tree cover shape the rest. Water pushed uphill over distance loses pressure through the run, so pressure complaints here need measuring rather than assuming, and heavy leaf litter fouls gutters, first-flush diverters and tank inlets faster than most people expect. Quotes are free with no obligation. On pump and pressure work we would rather measure properly than guess, because the wrong pump on an elevated block is an expensive way to not fix the problem. Where diagnosis is needed first, it is priced separately and you decide what happens next.

Out here a burst will drain a tank quickly and can run a pump until it damages itself. Mention your driveway access too, because on some Kingsholme properties that decides which vehicle we send. Emergency call-outs here are usually pump or supply related.

The standard rural experience is hourly plus travel plus a night loading, all revealed at the end. We would rather hand you one number up front.
Yes, free and no obligation. On large blocks we will be upfront that finding the problem is sometimes the job itself, so the diagnostic is quoted separately from the repair. Once a year is a sensible rhythm and it takes very little time. We check pump pressure and cut-out behaviour, the accumulator vessel, inlet screens and first-flush diverters, gutter and leaf debris, and whether silt has built up in the bottom of the tank. Most emergency pump call-outs we attend were preventable at exactly this stage, and a service costs a fraction of a replacement.
Do the meter test before calling anyone. Turn off every tap, appliance and irrigation line, photograph the meter including the red dials, wait an hour using no water at all, then read it again. If it has moved, the leak is on your side. On a large block with long buried runs the visual clues are often nowhere near the break, so the meter is far more reliable than your eyes.
